Appointment Expectations

Arriving on Time: Please try to arrive to your appointment at least five minutes prior to your scheduled time. In order to ensure that each student receives the right amount of time with a counselor, we enforce a strict ten minute arrival policy; if you do not arrive ten minutes into your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. If your schedule changes, please notify our office to reschedule.

Cancellations: We request that you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This way we can make that time slot open to other students. Cancellations can be made over the phone or online over Handshake.
