Appendix D: Policy on the Legal and Ethical Use of Technology Resources,

The College provides access to technology resources, electronic mail, and the Internet for
students, Faculty, and Staff of the College to further its educational goals and to facilitate the
instructional process. Individuals accessing these resources through the College are expected to
do so in a responsible and ethical manner and to conform to all established policies. These
