The Birmingham-Southern Collegiate License Plate

Purchasing a BSC collegiate license plate is one of the easiest ways you can support Birmingham-Southern.  More than 97% of your donation funds student scholarships, and your donation increases the alumni giving percentage.  It also shows your Birmingham-Southern pride to potential BSC students and parents!

To purchase, click on the “Reserve a Personalized BSC Tag” button to the right or visit your local county tag issuing office.

Two types of BSC collegiate license tags are available:

Numeric tag - a sequence of six numbers and letters; immediate availability.

Personalized tag - three to four week delivery.

The cost of either a numbered or a personalized collegiate license tag is $50 above the normal cost of your tag, and $48.75 of this amount is tax deductible. Your local county tag issuing office can provide cost details and any additional administrative fees specific to your county.

BSC car tags may be purchased now, regardless of your tag renewal month.  To renew your BSC collegiate license plate each year, just inform your local county license office.

NOTE: Due to confidentiality laws, the State of Alabama does not release the names of Birmingham-Southern car tag owners, so please contact BSC when you purchase or renew a car tag to receive gift credit and increase our alumni giving percentage!
