Projects that are not annual in nature are referred to as Ad-hoc. Ad-hoc reports are not calendared on the Academic Records master calendar and may be super-ceded by adjustments to annual projects. If non-directory information is requested from the student database, the request must first be approved by the Dean of Records. Thank You.
