Students whose education is financed in whole or in part by guaranteed loans, or students wishing to use a good student discount usually require the Office of Academic Records to certify term and annual enrollment to the lending agencies and their agents in order to defer repayment.
There are 3 ways to request an enrollment verification:
- Request an enrollment verification online via the form below.
- Some companies have a standard form that the College can complete.
These forms may be mailed or hand delivered to our office in the Student Services Building or mailed to:

Hand-delivered requests can normally be handled on the same day. Please allow 3 working days for mailed, faxed, or web request forms to be processed.
