Enrollment Verification

Verification companies should send a request to AcademicRecords@bsc.edu

There are 3 ways for students to request an enrollment verification:

  1. Request an enrollment verification online via the form below.

  2. Some companies have a standard form that the College can complete. These forms may be mailed or hand delivered to our office in the Student Services Building or mailed to:

  3. Request may be faxed to the Records Office at 205-226-3064.

Hand-delivered requests can normally be handled on the same day. Please allow 3 working days for mailed, faxed, or web request forms to be processed.

Letter stating that student is/was enrolled for the academic year
Letter stating that student has been accepted for admission and plans to attend BSC
