Welcome to Birmingham-Southern’s “Hilltop Photo of the Week” web page and archives. Each week at this site, we’ll feature a photo that depicts some aspect of life on the Hilltop campus, along with brief information about what is taking place in the Photo of the Week.

The college welcomes submissions to be considered for the Hilltop Photo of the Week. Scanned or digital photos can be e-mailed to the Office of Communications at bwagnon@bsc.edu, or photographic prints may be sent through campus mail to Box 549004. Please limit photo submissions to those that depict some aspect of the BSC experience, and be sure to identify what is taking place in the photo, along with location and people involved.

We’ve got spirit, yes we do! BSC Homecoming activities this year included an office decorating contest. Pictured above are staff from the BSC offices of Church Relations, International Programs and Leadership Studies. The three offices combined efforts to enter the contest in celebration of the college’s Sesquicentennial Homecoming theme “Forward, Ever … Cheers to 150! They were declared winners in the office category of the competition following judging mid-week. In the door decoration category of the contest, the BSC Office of Human Resources was declared the winner. Pictured below is their winning entry, which narrowly beat the Finance Office. Congratulations to the winners on a job well done and for their enthusiasm to promote Panther pride!
