Birmingham-Southern announces 2009 winter/spring calendar of events

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.—Birmingham-Southern College announces its schedule of 2009 winter/spring major events. Please refer to the listed phone numbers should you need more information. Admission is free to all events unless otherwise noted. Sports schedules for men's and women's athletic events can be viewed by visiting www.bscsports.net. The college's winter/spring events include:

Jan. 5-19

Jan. 27-30
“Dead Man Walking” theatrical production
. Play by Tim Robbins, based on the book by Sister Helen Prejean. Contains strong adult language and situations and is recommended for mature audiences only.
