Birmingham-Southern student residence hall organization best in Alabama

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — The Birmingham-Southern College Residence Hall Association was recently awarded the Residence Hall Association of the Year Award by the Alabama United Residence Hall Association. The BSC student organization beat out nine other state colleges and universities for the award.

During the past year, the Birmingham-Southern RHA has created a full executive board, recruited more than 15 delegates from the residence halls, and participated in and sponsored numerous campus events. It received this award for growth and overall benefit to the residence hall community.

The Alabama United Residence Hall Association is a consortium of residence hall associations across the state and is affiliated with the Alabama Association of Housing Officers.
