Birmingham-Southern alumnus returns to campus to exhibit paintings
BIRMINGHAM, Ala.—Artist John Lytle Wilson, a 1999 graduate of Birmingham-Southern College, will present his exhibit “Sweet Calamity!” in the Durbin Gallery, Kennedy Art Center/Azar Art Studios from Nov. 2-30. It will be on display Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. in the Durbin Gallery. The exhibit is open to the public and admission is free.
Wilson, currently an instructor at Florida State University and Valdosta State University and the artist in residence at 621 Gallery in Tallahassee, Fla., paints animals and robots.
