Birmingham-Southern College's graduate business program named outstanding business school

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.—The Birmingham-Southern College Master of Arts in Public and Private Management program has been named an outstanding business school by The Princeton Review. The New York-based education service company has selected the school for inclusion in its 2008 edition of “Best 290 Business Schools.” The Princeton Review selected the college's MPPM program as one of 23 business schools being added to this year's guidebook. The book will be available in bookstores Oct. 9.

The Princeton Review recommends the MPPM program at Birmingham-Southern to its readers and Web site users as one of the best institutions to attend to earn an a master's in business. It compiles the book's ratings and ranking lists based on institutional data it collects from the schools and its surveys of more than 19,000 students attending the schools profiled.
