BIRMINGHAM, Ala.—Dr. George Klersey,
EBSCO Professor of Accounting at Birmingham-Southern College,
has been named regional
coordinator for the Accounting Behavior and Organizations section
of the American Accounting Association.
Klersey will assist in the oversight of research paper submissions
for possible presentation at the Southeast American Accounting
Association Conference scheduled
for Lexington, Ky., in April 2004.
Klersey, who joined the Birmingham-Southern
faculty in 1995, received his bachelor's
and master's degrees from the University of Florida and his doctoral
degree from the University of Southern California.
