Appalachian Service Project:
Lilly Fellowship 2015-16

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis and will be reviewed as a group at the 1st of each month. Please check out the job descriptions and the information below to learn more about ASP's Lilly Fellowship.
For job descriptions and to apply visit www.asphome.org/fellows

Positions will begin on May 14, 2015 and run through May 8, 2016

ASP Lilly Fellows live and serve together in rural Appalachia, working to eradicate substandard housing while listening for God's calling in their lives.

Fellows serve for a year in teams of four at ASP's sites along with a Center Supervisor, coordinating more than 1,000 volunteers as they help 40-50 families live in homes that are warmer, safer, and drier. Fellows also challenge themselves to hear and respond to God's call on their lives, by participating in a supportive Fellows community, guided discernment activities, and personal mentoring.

Fellows receive room and board, an end-of-term award, and a small monthly stipend. Compensation is intentionally set at a similar level to many of the families you'll serve. It is enough to live on, but also a challenge to live simply.

TO APPLY: For more information, read below and please contact Nicole Intagliata, Director of Staff Resources, at (423) 797-6610 or fellows@asphome.org. To apply, please email a resume and a cover letter that discusses why you'd like to participate in a year-long vocational discernment program to fellows@asphome.org. We'll review applications on a rolling basis beginning October 1, 2014.
