Organization Registration Form

All questions must be completed on this form. Email a copy of the proposed constitution and/or by laws to the Office of Student Development at rprince@bsc.edu. No organization may use the prefix "BSC" until the Office of Student Development has officially approved it. Only BSC registered organizations in good standing may use campus facilities or equipment. The registration process will not commence until all of these documents are turned in to the Office of Student Development.

This must be submitted each time an organization undergoes a change in structure, affiliation, purpose, name, membership qualifications, or structure of officers and leadership. A revised Constitution and/or Bylaws may also be required in certain circumstances.
