Career Counseling
Career Counseling assists students with the development of individual career plans, which includes: self-assessment, information gathering, decision-making, and the school-to-work process. Individual and group counseling is available by appointment.
Additionally, students may participate in other career services offerings such as career seminars and workshops, mock interviews, the mentor program, on-campus interviews, resume writing, interview, and job search skills assistance, and the administration and interpretation of assessments. Graduate School & Professional Fair
This event offers students the opportunity to talk with recruiters about graduate schools, internships, and professional training. Held in the fall of the year in conjunction with other area colleges and universities.
Resource Library
Contained in the Counseling & Health Services office, our library contains information on job search preparation, career fields, specific employers, and graduate programs. Job listing binders are also available to view containing announcements of full-time, part-time, summer, temporary, and internships. Furthermore, the Resource Library contains audio tapes, videos, CD's, and books on physical and mental health topics.
