Staff Job Descriptions
Staff job descriptions communicate what is expected of each employee. The standard HR format for staff job descriptions includes the following categories: Position Summary, Essential Responsibilities, Secondary Responsibilities, Education/Experience, Organizational Relationships, FLSA Classification, and IPEDS Classification.
As the responsibilities of a position change, revision of the job description may be necessary. The official job descriptions are maintained in the Human Resource office. If you have questions or feel revision is needed, please contact the Human Resources Office.
