Office of Finance Home Page

The Office of Finance at Birmingham-Southern is responsible for all financial operations of the college and consists of the following functions and departments: Student Accounts, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounting, Budgeting, and Treasury.

Student Accounts is located in the Student Services Building. All other offices are located in Munger Hall.

• Student Accounts provides support in the areas of student billing and collections, cashier services, student and staff campus cards, and parking decals. For more information, visit the Student Accounts link.

• Accounts Payable is responsible for processing all payments of the college.

• Purchasing processes all purchase requisitions and places orders. Fixed Assets also are handled by this area.

• Accounting and Budgeting are responsible for general ledger and financial reporting, including the annual audit and actual budget reports.

• Treasury monitors the investments and cash flow of the college.
