Office of Finance Home Page

The Office of Finance at Birmingham-Southern is responsible for all financial operations of the college and consists of the following functions and departments: Student Accounts, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounting, Budgeting, and Treasury.

Student Accounts is located in the Student Services Building. All other offices are located in Munger Hall.

Student Accounts provides support in the areas of student billing and collections, cashier services, student and staff campus cards, and parking decals. For more information, visit the Student Accounts link.
Accounts Payable is responsible for processing all payments of the college.
Purchasing processes all purchase requisitions and places orders. Fixed Assets also are handled by this area.
Accounting and Budgeting are responsible for general ledger and financial reporting, including the annual audit and actual budget reports.
Treasury monitors the investments and cash flow of the college.
