Musical Theatre
The musical theatre major provides students with a combination of courses in dance, music, and theatre that is intended to prepare them for careers as performers in musical theatre. Given its emphasis on acting, ballet, voice, piano, jazz, and music theory, the musical theatre major is more specialized than the theatre major. In order to officially declare a major in musical theatre, students must successfully complete a Sophomore Review at the end of their second year in the program.
Information on Major & Minor requirements can be found in the BSC Catalog.
