II. International University Partnerships and
Exchanges
The Sklenar Center maintains established partnerships with the following universities abroad. They
are listed below according to the type of exchange offered (Tuition Exchange, Full-
Tuition/Room/Board Exchange, Tuition/Housing, and Direct Enrollment). Enrolling through one of the
following affiliated universities is usually the most cost-effective way to study abroad, due to
scholarship options and lower tuition rates. For each of the following institutions, a one-page
program description and budget breakdown can be found in the Sklenar Center. See also the
summary table of International University Partners on pages 5-6.
1.
Tuition Exchange
:
This is the most affordable option for study abroad. In addition to the
study abroad fee, students pay BSC for BSC’s standard tuition only. Need-based and merit aid
can be applied to the cost of tuition. Students then pay the host (foreign) institution for
housing and meals, which is less expensive than housing and meal rates at BSC.
