First-Year Leadership Challenge 2017

First-Year Leadership Challenge 2017

The First-Year Leadership Challenge helps students identify their leadership role at BSC. A joint effort between the Office of Student Development and the Hess Center for Leadership and Service, the Challenge combines leadership exercises with structured reflection. Designed for first-year students, the Challenge helps students identify their leadership strengths and position themselves for success at BSC, whether they are already involved on campus or hoping to become more engaged.

The Challenge does not have homework and will meet from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays during E-Term.

Faculty, staff, and upper class students nominate students to participate. Sign-up begins following E-Term registration in mid-November. Nominees and all those interested should complete a short online registration form available here.

For more information, contact Kent Andersen , Hess Center Director, Norton 264.
