First-Year Leadership Development

Why should you accept the First-Year Leadership Challenge?

Because you want to…

5. Enhance your first-year experience

The First-Year Leadership Challenge is a co-curricular experience offered during the month of January that helps students identify their leadership strengths and position themselves for success at BSC. A joint effort between the Office of Student Development and the Hess Center for Leadership and Service, the Challenge helps students deepen their understanding of leadership through activities, simulations, feedback, and structured reflection.

The Challenge will take place during E-Term 2013. If you are interested, please contact Kent Andersen, Director of the Hess Center for Leadership and Service, or David Eberhardt, Vice President for Student Development.

Students complete a short registration form to participate in the Challenge.  Click here to register.
