Annual Reports
The annual report of the Hess Fellows program documents the achievements of each class of Hess Fellows. Annual reports include reflections from each Fellow, sample internship projects, overviews of Hess Fellow events, and summaries of student and agency evaluations.
The annual reports illustrate not only the tangible benefits of Fellows to the hosting agency, but also how a Fellowship motivates students to learn the fundamentals of advocacy, the nonprofit workplace, and the impact of public policy on everyday lives.
