The Hess Center supports BSC students, faculty, and staff as they deepen their understanding and improve their practice of leadership. Since the launch of the Leadership Studies Program in the early 1990s, the Hess Center has expanded to include a student-run publication on leadership and service, paid summer internships at advocacy agencies, a dynamic speaker series, first-year student leadership training, as well as a host of faculty and staff development opportunities. View the Hess Center annual report for additional information on student and faculty achievements in the past academic year.
We are located on the second floor of the Norton Campus Center in Norton Suite 260. Feel free to stop by or to contact a staff member to learn more about participating in our programs.
