charges are prorated through the week of withdrawal. No adjustment of
these charges is made on account of withdrawal after four weeks, except in
cases of illness certified by a physician and of students on reserve called for
active military duty. In case of illness, tuition, housing, and meal charges
are prorated through the week of withdrawal. In case of a call for active
military duty, tuition and fees are cleared, and housing and meal charges
are prorated through the week of withdrawal.
Credit balances created by loans or financial aid are automatically
refunded to the student. All other credits are refunded upon request.
