"Today's public sector environment is framed within the phrase, 'do more with less.' The general public has higher expectations with respect to service delivery and demands greater accountability. The MPPM program has given me the skills to work within this environment. The analytical skills and human behavioral aspects of leadership/ management, an inherent part of the program, can be taken from the classroom and immediately applied to today's dynamic public sector environment."

-Robert Ezekiel, Chief, Mountain Brook Fire Department, Class of 1995
