Blueprints
Blueprints is a service learning experience for college students to provide college access counseling and mentoring to low-income high school students. Blueprints combines eight in class workshops with afterschool support to help prepare college students for the college application process. Sessions cover topics from financial aid and financial literacy to career assessments, resume building, interview skills, and choosing the right school. Through mentoring and college campus visits Blueprints volunteers help expose students to college culture and create a college-positive outlook.
