Striplin Field

First built in 1981 and named after Larry Striplin Jr., a 1951 graduate, all-star athlete and BSC Sports Hall of Fame inductee, Striplin Field has a seating capacity of 1,000. In 1995, Striplin Field underwent major renovations.
Considered one of the finest baseball complexes even before the renovation, Striplin Field boasts some of the finest student-athlete accommodations in the nation. The facility features a players' locker room, shower and laundry facilities, and umpire's dressing room, a weight room and an athletic training facility. The exterior features include a covered and lighted batting cage and a state-of-the-art irrigation system for field watering. The dimensions of the ballpark measure 321 feet to right, 324 to left, 365 in the alleys and 390 to center field.
