Flowers is Alabama Professor of the Year
Birmingham-Southern College Professor of Theatre Michael Flowers has been named the 2015 Alabama Professor of the Year by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education.

College announces Krulak Institute
Birmingham-Southern College has honored its former president, Gen. Charles C. Krulak, by creating the Krulak Institute for Leadership, Experiential Learning, and Civic Engagement on the campus, officials announced Tuesday, Nov. 10.

BSC unveils outdoor classroom from MS Society
The Alabama-Mississippi Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society will unveil the latest work in its legacy artwork series--a sculpture that doubles as an outdoor classroom on the campus of Birmingham-Southern College--on Wednesday, Nov. 18 at 3 p.m.

Birmingham-Southern College is hosting a week of activities starting Monday, Nov. 16 to highlight the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This year's International Education Week (IEW) theme is "World Happenings: Access for All."
